Dominic and his crew thought they left the criminal mercenary life behind. They defeated an international terrorist named Owen Shaw and went their seperate ways. But now, Shaw's brother, Deckard Shaw is out killing the crew one by one for revenge. Worse, a Somalian terrorist called Jakarde, and a shady government official called "Mr. Nobody" are both competing to steal a computer terrorism program called God's Eye, that can turn any technological device into a weapon. Torretto must reconvene with his team to stop Shaw and retrieve the God's Eye program while caught in a power struggle between terrorist and the United States government.

As the studio wanted to produce Furious 7 on an accelerated schedule for release in summer 2014, Lin would have to begin pre-production on this film while performing post-production on Fast & Furious 6 (2013), which he considered would affect the quality of the final product..Goofs
When Dwayne Johnson is seen on the hospital bed he has a couple of wires with pads on them attached to his chest. The one on his left is always changing from being flat to his chest to being only stuck down at the bottom with the top of the pad sticking up in the air. Positive(+): Late Paul gave the film a massive opening, tribute to the powerful character of FF Series. The team really worked hard to make sure that Brian O'Conner (Paul) was there in complete film from the start to end. I was concentrating each and every step of Paul to know how the director had taken the plot to give him a final send-off. It was beautifully executed way beyond the expectation level. Good work the whole team to make it happen.
Negative(-): No street race, illogical at many aspects, Dwayne Johnson short screen presence had made the movie stretching into a boring plot! Jason Statham screen presence is like a magic.He will be everywhere without any clue of how he got into the place!
